A Little Confection is a local chocolate business that has been making handmade chocolate's on main st for about 2 yrs. Audrey is the owner and she has been a chocolatier going on 12yrs. Not only do they make chocolate's but one of their specialties is Caramel Apples with a wide variety of dips for these apples on a stick like Chocolate Lover's Dream a Granny Smith apple dipped in a homemade kettle caramel, rolled in chocolate jimmies and mini chocolate chips, and then drizzled with the finest milk chocolate or Apple Pie On A Stick they dunk a giant Granny Smith apple with homemade kettle caramel, then dip it in their exquisite white chocolate and roll it in a combination of brown sugar and cinnamon. It's so good that one bite will remind you of grandma's apple pie.
These guys make all kinds of other goodies like there Fudge, Cookies and their Award winning Caramel Popcorn in which they won 2009 Best of New Hampshire.
