Bobby Clark started in real estate at an early age. Since his early 20's he has been a self employed 3rd generation Home Builder in New Hampshire and has built multiple speculative homes, including his own residence that he designed. His knowledge of home construction has been a great asset to his buyers and to his sellers, being able to point out the many assets of homes for purchase or sale. As an experienced builder, he has been on both sides of the fence (as both a buyer and seller) so many times that he can easily relate and understand what his clients go through. Investors love to work with Bobby when buying a fixer upper because he knows the costs for construction and can sniff out that great deal, or a piece of land because he knows what his client can put on that land to be a good investment.
Bobby has lived in New Hampshire most of his life, growing up in Londonderry, then building homes while residing in Hillsboro, and currently living in Concord. He traveled most of this country and loves to call the Granite state his home.
Bobby has been an avid traveler of the States, Italy, Malaysia, Dubai, New Zealand and Fiji. He believes in "work hard, play hard" and enjoys fly fishing, golf, sailing, wood turning and Treasure hunting.
